Stephen J. Klineman
President / Project Manager
Mr. Klineman has been an Indiana Real Estate Broker since 1987, an Indiana licensed attorney since 1993, an INDOT-Approved Right-of-Way Land Agent since 1994, and an INDOT-Approved Real Estate Value Analyst since 2020. He formed Specialized Land Services, Inc. in 2002.
Steve is a Graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, and the Indiana McKinney School of Law.
